What is inside of each craft kit?

Each box contains art supplies and materials specific to the project and a password to view the step-by-step instructions to complete the project on www.nvcraftco.com. The step-by-step guide will specify if extra materials are needed for the project. All the supplies we use are high quality from a number of different professional brands. We then package the perfect amount to complete your DIY project.

How many items are in a craft kit?

That depends on the type of project!

Can I get a customized craft kit?

Custom kits are possible! A minimum of 5 custom boxes need to be ordered (share with your friends!) Please contact info@nvcraftco.com for custom inquiries.

How long does shipping take?

All of our orders are shipped between 3-5 business days and are shipped from Toronto, ON. Shipping generally takes 6-8 days.

What is the return policy?

Sorry, there are no returns or refunds on any product, all sales are final. If your package is received and is broken, or items are missing, contact us at info@nvcraftco.com for a replacement.

What is the cancellation policy?

Because we try to pack orders as soon as we receive them (we want them to get to you asap!) you have 12 hours to cancel your order from the time it is placed. Please email info@nvcraftco.com to cancel your order if you have a change in heart, or there is a Zombie apocalypse.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

With Love is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item is listed as ‘Delivered’ via our shipping carrier, With Love will not provide a refund or ship a new package. We recommend that the intended receiver contact their local postal clerk.

What if I accidentally put the wrong shipping address?

We get it, it happens! If you notify us prior to shipping the package we can update the shipping information. Once a package is sent out it takes roughly 2 weeks to be sent back to us.  Then we will contact you for a new shipping address as well as payment information to process shipping again. we are not responsible for re-shipping payment if the error was made on the receiver’s end.
